Tricom currently has an open position in the Hong Kong office and the ideal candidate shall fulfill the following requirements.
Accountant / Controller Objective:
To monitor and control the company's financial status.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage all finance and accounting operations.
Conduct progressive reviews and update management information systems.
Liaise with external advisors on tax, audit, financial, banking, legal issues, treasury and risk management.
Develop and maintain effective internal control of budget.
Oversee capital and operating expenditure and commitments tracking to ensure compliance with budget.
Manage budgeting and cash flow projections.
Manage the procurement process including purchase orders, invoicing and settlement.
Produce timely and accurate monthly and annual accounting reports.
Evaluate and recommend improvements to procedures and policies.
Prepare staff salary and MPF contributions.
Any other tasks as and when assigned by the management.
Requirements:
Degree holder in Accounting and member of recognized professional accounting body
Strong knowledge of full set of accounting, financial analysis and reporting
Mature, flexible, adaptive to dynamic business environment and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience from an international environment
Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills
Fluency in both English and Cantonese (written and spoken) is mandatory. Vietnamese or Mandarin would be a bonus
Computer literate and proficient in MS Office products
